Terms and conditions

1. I understand that I will be contacted by an experienced shipping consultant within three (3) business days of this “request a quote” receipt.
2. I understand that if I sign-up for an InXpress shipping account within 14 business days of this “request a quote” receipt that I am entitled to a free 3 days and 2 nights hotel accommodations certificate for 2 adults and 2 children at one of 28 great destinations across the United States. Accommodations valued up to $560.00. http://www.gowithfairfield.com.
   There is a $35.00 one-time activation fee to sign-up for a new account.
3. I understand that I am eligible for $35.00 for every referral that puts my name in the referral code box. I understand that in order for me to be eligible for the $35.00 per referral; the referral must come from InXpressusa.com: Request a quote. I understand that I must be an active account member of InXpress to be paid $35.00. I understand that an active account member is defined as: at least 30 days of account membership and all my invoices are paid in full or are not past due. I understand that the referral must sign-up for a new account and also be an active account member of InXpress for a period of 30 days before I am paid $35.00. I understand that if I refer someone within my first 30 days of membership that I will be paid in full once the above terms have been satisfied. I understand that I can refer as many people as I would like and will be paid for each referral that meets the qualifications.
